Article 40 of the ApER law makes it compulsory to install photovoltaic panels on shade structures in existing outdoor parking lots on July 1, 2023, of more than 1,500 m², on at least 50% of the surface area of the parks. March 7 2024

* The cost of the self-consumed kWh which you are billed monthly is fixed for the entire duration of the contract on the basis of the last kWh price paid to your supplier when the installation is commissioned. If the price per kWh from your former supplier were to drop, the price per kWh would be readjusted to the same level. Under no circumstances will it be able to increase.

What's new ?

The decree published on March 23 (our brief ) establishes a subsidy of 50% of additional electricity costs “compared to €300/MWh on the scope of contracts signed or renewed before June 30, 2023”. But the draft decree presented to the Higher Energy Council at the end of January provided for aid amounting to 75% of additional costs, as always indicated –..........
